Step Through Your Plan As It Happens

Planning Center Live will keep track of your plan in real time. Once you take control of the plan, you can click on the "Next" button and scroll through your plan as each element in your plan occurs. You also have the ability to click on the "Previous" button to revisit an element of the plan. Other viewers can login to Planning Center Live, view the plan on their computer and know exactly where you are in the plan. The viewer can then gauge how long before the next element occurs or perhaps when the plan will end in real time.

Watch Your Plan From Any iPhone, iPad, or PC

You may have used Planning Center Live in a standard web browser. But what you may not know is that you can monitor your plan from a number of other internet enabled devices including: iPhone, iPad, and Google's Android.

Real-time Communication

You can communicate with anyone else watching your plan through an integrated chat. You can also turn off the "chat" on some or all computers in your building, allowing only designated people to view and engage in the "chat".

Review Your Services

Once finished with the plan, you can immediately review your plan. Discern which elements exceeded their allotted time and which elements came in under time. You may also choose to print your plan for hard copy archival purposes or to distribute to team members during your review of the weekend.
