E-Mail Scheduling

Add people to your plan and have Planning Center send out simple graphical emails. Recipients will notice distinguishable large buttons to click either accept or decline which will then take them to the plan. Add your own personalized note to be included with any times they are assigned to. Or tell Planning Center to send automated reminder emails to people scheduled for specific times.

Facebook Integration

Our Facebook integration has quickly become one of our users' favorite features. Volunteers with our Facebook app installed will receive a Facebook notification whenever you schedule them. Clicking the notification will take them to our Facebook application, where they can respond right from within Facebook.

Track Volunteer Availability

You or your users can block-out dates as unavailable at any time, even before you have tried to schedule them. Block-out dates can have descriptions and can be easily viewed or edited from each person's calendar or account page.

Quickly Identify Conflicts

When you attempt to schedule someone who has blocked-out a date or who is already scheduled for a conflicting time, Planning Center warns you of the conflict with specific details. You may choose to ignore the conflict and schedule them anyway.
