Songs contain support for multiple song arrangements, which can also be in many keys. Use customized properties to classify your songs however you like. Search or filter by keyword, beats per minute, your own custom properties, or the date it was last used.

Link Songs To Your Plans

By adding song elements to your plans, Planning Center also includes links to any files attached to them and tracks their usage. Click on "reports" and see exactly when or how often you have used those elements, or how many times your files have been downloaded or streamed. Even create reports to assist in reporting to CCLI.

Attach Files To Any Item

Not only can you attach files to your songs and reuse them anytime you add that song to your plan, but you can also attach files to any item, plan or ministry. Attach your pastor's sermon notes to the message item, or a stage layout diagram to your plan. Planning Center can also link to files other places on the internet and will track each click just as if you had uploaded it yourself. This is a great way to link to songs or videos in online music stores to allow your users to easily purchase their own copies.
